Nothing here is invented
Each case study is built from the job record: the original enquiry, the site notes, the invoice and the short clips Michael films while he is there. Where the record does not support a claim, the claim is not made. If something reads thin, that is because the record is thin.
Customer names, street addresses and anything that could identify a home are left out. Meter serials and handwritten labels are blurred in the photos. Where Michael is quoted, the words are his own, transcribed from the captions on his published reels.
